Wat Arun, Bangkok Temple that Feel so Lonely

0

I do love travelling, and from so many place that I visiting, Bangkok is like the country that I didnt plan to but I am here, and now visiting this famous temple.

As for me, I do enjoy my every solo trip, and honest say ?
Coming to this temple make me feel so lonely.
I didnt take any selfie, I also didnt ask anyone to take me a picture.

Well, since we are here, lets talk about this temple rather than feeling. Would you agree with me ?
So, here we go, this temple is not far from Grand Palace / Emerald Buddha Temple.

If you are looking for the free temple, then all I can say is that Wat Arun is not a free one and you need to spend 20b for the ticket entry and 6b for the ferry (2 ways is 12b)
You still want to come here ?

Famous Street to Wat Arun

I remember when I see my old friend post her holiday to Wat Arun, this is like the place that you can take a nice candid and selfie.
But, since all I do is going here alone and feeling lonely for the whole trip, I didnt take any except that one.

In Wat Arun, you can rent Thailand traditional dress, hire a photographer and explore the whole temple just for picture.
There is nothing much you can do, and there is only 2 floor you can hike because the rest is close to be hike.

If you love the landscape, then Wat Arun is the right choices.
As for me, seing the temple, take a ferry for less than 5 minute is already enough and yeah, its hot and sad that mix in my feeling when I visit the temple.

The Temple

I dont want to compare, but since I do love to write, coming here just feel normal for me.
Maybe because it was in Bangkok and everyone talk about it, so this one is kind like a icon and a must visit temple as well.

You can do offer prayer, there is also many food you can enjoy especially the ice cream, which I didnt try anything of it as well.

I dont know, its just feel like, “normal ?”
Maybe because I never coming here, that make me excited.
After coming here and see for myself ?
At least I do have the memories.

Is this Buddhist ?

I didnt take any tour to come here and really do my research, taking BTS and MRT and my own feeling and asking around, so ??
Is this Hindu or Buddish ?

Have you ever come here ?
IS that worth the price and effort, and have you try the traditional dress as well ?

So many place to go and explore.
Maybe I wil get back my mood as quick as the blink of eyes.
