Shaman (2025), How Far You Had Your Faith with You ?

Sometimes, watching under-rated film is not as bad as its seem. You may be suprise, you may be enjoy it too much, and you may feel like finding a hidden gem as well.

This film airing on August 08, 2025 and honest say, I never see the devil win over Christ. Jadi berasa kayak ini film mandang rendah Christ but, the wrong one always the human, not the religions.

Candice is a Christ follower.
With her husband and only son, she dedicated her life to teach and live in remote ecuadorian. Mostly she try to introduce Christ into their life

Where we stand, is the place to us to follow the rule.
Her son, Elliot, one day broke the rule by entry the place that most of the local say do not entry.
By that, the old dark force / entity start to take over Elliot and make everything hard for Candice.

The evil claim that Christ alone is not enough because the evil is older than Christ, which I think that is kinda absurd but it is what it is. Never imagine even the priest in the village was death and rather than fight it, Candice make a deal with that evil force.

As a film lover, seeing Christ follower losing into dark force is kind of not acceptable.
Not want to talking bad, but this film is really brave to make those kind of ending as well.
Leaving the evil force, going somewhere new.
Are we even sure the evil force gonna left Elliot like that ?
