Wat Phumin, Nan Historical and Cultural Temple You Shouldnt Miss

What is Nan and where it is in Thailand ?
I never hear of it.

Yes, some of people that I know always say like that. And truly I also hear this from my hotel friend when I stayed in Chiangmai, which make me come here for 3 – 4 day and really, this is a very quiet city.

I kind of adventure person, and honest say ?
Because Nan is keep their culture very tight, I think this city is only famous for national Thailand person.
A people who want to spend time in quiet place and enjoy nature as well.

There is no join group tour, and I think everyone that come here have only 1 reason and purpose, it was to reset their life, find some peace in quiet place and enjoy nature.

As for me ?
Since this is not really a tourist destinations, I spend almost most of the time in hotel, and bicyling around city, eat, temple and sleep.

The first place that I go is this temple.
I didnt know that the place I stayed is very far from city, but surely the hotel was nice and quiet.

When I reach this temple, it was like around 7 – 8 PM and there is really nobody in there.
Since I also strunggling some problem when I reach Nan, I am feel so bad and think Nan gonna be a good place to suicide.

Really, I do think like that, but see how god Jesus Christ, I can spend 4 day in Nan and sooner I will back to Bangkok a little bit before decided where to go next.

Some people say Nan have their own unique and their temple is quiet different.
As for me, and as a foreign, I been see a lot of temple since I come Thailand.

For me, everything seem same.
But, I can feel the vibe in Nan is really different.

Less chaotic, hard to find grab-bike, quiet, not midnight bar, and everything is so slow in here. That is not a joke, that is what Nan really offer you.
A slow life !
