Chiang Mai for More than 10 Days ?
As my first time go to Thailand, I never imagine that I can survive a lot of day staying in this country. After 4 day in Bangkok, I decided to go to the north, and I end up in Chiangmai.
Who know, that I can stay for 10 days+ when I didnt had any plan at all.
Many experience, many lesson, and here I am, now writing this in Nan, another city that full of peace.

What can I say about this city ?
Since this is a bit quiet than Bangkok and there is no BTS / MRT, everything that you do is enjoy the city vibe, order grab and visit many temple.
Since we are in the north, we wil see many temple, with a rich Lanna culture that attract in every temple. I think if you stay very long in Chiangmai, your daily activities will change to be “visiting” temple everyday.
Actually it was a nice things, since you are already escape from a tired and chaotic day, going to a litle bit quiet place isnt bad at all, isnt it ?

I am staying in a bit old hotel, but it was a bit nearby from old wall and only need few minute to walk to 711, which I think it was a good stay. Not too expensive since I renew my hotel daily, which kind of weird but fun along the ways.
Ending up spending more than 10 days, you do know that my bank account is crying.
Mostly, I took a tour to go to famous place. Join tour is not bad in here, and the rest of the day after tour ?
Going to night market, eating, walking, and some mall.

If you look closer, mostly the stuff and item in night market is quiet same.
The different is just a price and the place. Most of the food is also same.
I dont know what make one market is more better than another market, but if we look closer, I can say almost everything is same. Only the price and some design is different.
So, 10 day is already more than enough to spend in Chiangmai.

Honest opinions ?
At first, visiting temple can feel amazing.
But, the more you visit, the more its feel like normal.
Some temple was unique, another was different.
So, in my almost end up day, I spend my day watching movie in Thai cinema, walking in mall, go eating in night market.
Overall, Chiangmai was good.
The people ? I meet the worse one actually.
But another is also good and kind, too kind that make me scare in some level.

Overall, Chiangmai is the city in north Thailand that you may only visit 1 time or maybe 2 time next.
Nothing too special, nothing too bad as well.
I do enjoy my trip in north Thailand, even I spend 10 days+, I still didnt explore all the Thailand north yet as well. The more north that I come, the more I want to go but its seem like my travel have its own limit and the limit is about to end.
