Don't Say Good Luck (2026), A Love, Dream and Family

Become to most waiting movie because it appears and still waiting, finally I can watch this one and really, the film is .. weird.
Beside of the good song and voice, I dont think why we need to watch this one.

Airing on August 14, 2026, I think this one is really a low budget film but only rely on the good song and great voice.
Trust it or not, I am looking for the soundtrack while writing this article.

Sophie Birenbaum finally get a green card to be a lead of the musical festival, but later she find out that her mom is not well and maybe not gonna make it until her performance.

Strunggle with her dream, and want to do her best, she also scare that she not gonna had enough time with her mom because her mom is dying.
Well, really simple family film with a little plot and a lot of drama.

Honest review ?
I watch this film because it been on waiting list before it release, and knowing this is a really slow burn film with a simple plot, I choose to watching this until end because the music and song was good.

Overall, the ending is not clear, the desease is not well explain too.
Too many plot hole, too much drama around beside the song.
Boring, but saved because of the good song and great voices.
