The Rope Curse (2018), Taiwan Urban Curse

I have no idea about this Taiwan horror at all, but since the Rope Curse 4 will airing soon and it took place in Indonesia, I starting to look at this and start from the first one.

Airing on August 31, 2018, film horror Taiwan ini mengangkat unsur kepercayaan kuno yang menurutku patut kali buat ditonton karena bisa sekaligus belajar. Meskipun plotnya biasa saja, I still think this one is good.

Rope Curse pertama ini menceritakan tentang legenda dan kepercayaan orang zaman dulu, ketika ada yang bunuh diri dengan mengantung diri, arwah mereka dipercaya akan gentayangan. Agar tidak terjadi hal yang buruk, ritual pengusiran roh jahat selalu dilakukan.

10 years after some accident, a group of friend (now growing up), mulai diterror sosok yang mengerikan. Awalnya aku kira itu arwah pengantin yang ada di OP film, but turn out, there is a story behind the curse that start to spread wild after 10 years.

Denda, revenge, everything berawal dari bullied.
Memang sih, bullied sekolah itu mengerikan, apalagi kalau sampai victimnya bunuh diri, rasa bersalah, kebencian, everything is inside this film. Can they survive the curse ?

There is 2 more to watch and the new one will come soon as well.
I really put a big hope for this film and wish they can be more better and better every part.

Which part do you like from this film so far ?
