Death Railways Kanchanaburi, Historical and Memories from Those Who Dies

If you ask me what choices that I make and I didnt regret it at all, it was coming to Kanchanaburi in Thailand.
Even I come in low season, I am so lucky that I had a chances to do some tour trip and coming to learn the history.

For some people, aku mungkin terasa alay ya, but menurutku, learning history dari masalalu apalagi pada masa world war II is another level of sadness and proud, because if there is nobody like them who sacrifices their life, we may not even can enjoy what it was there today.

Sepintas terlihat seperti kereta biasa, but every rail that we pass memiliki history dan pertumpahan darah saat membangunnya. Berjalan melewati Kwai River yang terkenal akan keindahannya, who know that behind all of it, there is a sad history stay with them ?

Since I took the tour, I had a chance to ride 1 hours train and see almost half of Kanchanaburi and see how the school student still use the train to get home or to go school. I really miss the time like that, and being stay in train is something that I am so thankful for.

A ride and a trip with local, enjoy sunset view and the wind, nothing can beat the feeling of Kanchanaburi. I stay for almost 1 week and its seem like I will kill for come back again and stay here and explore more.

The first time itu selalu penuh dengan kebodohan, walaupun masih bisa enjoy the city and some good place, but the second time ? I will really kill to explore it all since I already know how does it feel to be there as well.

If there is one things that I cant understand, is that why some people didnt know Kanchanaburi as much as another city like Chiangmai ? As for me, a quiet place, historical one is a best escape after a long work and tired life.
