River of 1,000 Lingas, Hindu Symbols in the Sandstone

From all the trip that I get in Siem Reap, I think the most expensive trip tour that I take is this one, which is cost me $50+, but lucky for me, it is already including the ticket pass, the lunch and tour guide as well.
Is that worth it, or it just a waste ?

To be honest, maybe I take a holiday in a wrong weather, which make me experience losing sunset, and even going to river is feeling bad because there is raining and the summer, I cant see anything as clear as it supposed to be.

The road is long, take almost 2 hours to reach from the city, and seeing the river that containt holy water like they say, you can drink the water and using it to wash your face and take a bath. Well, some of the team drink it, but I am not doing that.

Can you see what is hiding under the water in the river ?
Yes, it is like a Hindu God, which I totally forget the name but the river itself had a history about Hindu God, which they also believe that the water will heal and clean all the bad spirit.

Because it was raining, and there is like not the main place to visit, with a limited time as well. The more time we spend in here is just to listen to the history, which make me feel kind of boring as well.

We walking around, seeing some temple, which I also didnt had time to ask because there is raining, somehow I think the trip is so sad or not my lucky day as well.

Because I am in Cambodia, I think seeing things like this is normal.
I find this temple before we entry the river, with the hope that there is not gonna be a problem later.

If I can say, I really wonder what is the God inside the temple, because as per I know from local, different temple, different God, depend on what they believe it.
So, I think there is a lot, but better respect and learn and not doing anything stupid.

There is nothing more than the river with 1.000 lingas to see in here, its mean that I cant talk a lot about it as well, except some picture, the holy water that the local believe as well.

In the end of the river, we find a temple like this, they was 2, which I cant ask too because of the rain and limited time as well. Just take a picture and we continue our journey into the cliff like the profile picture, which is kind of beauty.

Yes, the things that seem like a button is what they call lingas.
If you count it, all will be 1.000, which I didnt do it because the water is not as clear as it supposed to be too.

Overall, visiting here is a bit different from what I do expected.
Not regret, because at least I can see myself and stop wondering about this and that, and it is totally worth it, even it is not in a perfect momment to visit.
