Kingdom (2019), Betrayal and Desease

Korea zombie is pretty good, and having zombie in Joseon era that being mixed up with politic and kingdom is a another level of scary with a slow build concept.

Airing on January 25, 2019 with 6 eps, this zombie concept in Joseon kingdom cant be skipped sih walaupun I almost drop it because the plot is so slow.

But, the more I watch this and try to complete, the more this series make me interest.
Having Ju Ji Hoon as a ML and crown prince, how good this series gonna be ?

I am not a fans of slow burn series, but 2 last episode hook me up and make me want to continue the next part which maybe next month or later, because I wondering how the desease was gonna end.

Lee Chang is a crown prince but get labeled as traitor karena surat yang dia tulis.
Knowing the king (his father) is ill, he try to find out and lately know that his father is already dead but being resurrect again with some herb that turn him into zombie.

Run away from his kingdom to find out what happen, he face many difficulty and betrayal along the way, but one things that I like is he not only think about his self, but also everyone safety.

Cho Hak Joo, the one who want to take the kingdom, turn the king into zombie and now hunt down the crown prince, knowing very well about the desease and decided to keep going until the crown prince was death, I still wondering why he doing that. Is that really for power only ?

Seo Bi, the one who try to find the cure and the one that I think being rasional, brave and clever about the zombie. Coming into her sense that zombie is wake up is not based on the time, but temprature, but isnt it too late ?

Overall sih ini series menarik karena ada unsur zombie ya. Kalau cuma sekedar masalah perebutan kekuasaan sih bakalan di-drop, but seeing the zombie and how greedy a human being when its come for survival ?

That is what make this series worth to be watch until complete.
Are you starting it yet ?
