Spooky in Love (2026), Half Way and Lost Directions !

When I see the flyer, and knowing that the FL in this series is Park Eun Bin, I really exicted for this series and later I find out this one is the remake from 2011 Korea film, Spellbound.

Airing on July 18, 2026 with total 12 eps, as a remake, there is some screen is as same as 2011 film but in different versions.
About a girl that can see ghost and treat it as a curse and make her become a cold woman, this series is really promising, but …

Cheon Yeo Ri is a CEO of Reina Hotel that always wear gloves. She is cold, and everyone think she is heartless because she really keep her distance with everyone and very hard to trust anyone beside her.

Ma Gang Uk is a prosecutor that always doing thing by book. He always meet Yeo Ri in every crime scene, make he wonder what is the connection between every case and Yeo Ri.

Having a curse, Yeo Ri can see ghost, and everyone who touch her hand, will also suffer and see the ghost as well.
She keep her distance with everyone, leave her to live alone in a lonely life until Ma Gang come into her life and start to change everything.

Well, the half series is good because every eps we can see different story and ghost, which is good, sad and make me crying.
But, start from eps 7++, the series suddently turn into family problem who want to gain power and control over company, which make this series losing their spark.

The artist can save the series, and that is really true !
Even I am bored with the storyline that suddently change directions, I keep watching this because of Park Eun Bin !

Her story was sad, how she protect herself, and living alone simply make me remember about my life as well, that why I love it, but the love story, the power fight is really out of the book for me.

They can do better but everyone think the writer being fired after half series, haha
