Backrooms (2026), A Never End Space

Maybe I been staying too long in Chiangmai, this is the second film that I watch but this time, a english film with thai subtitle, which feel kinda weird.

This film airing on May 29, 2026 and I really mad when I know the woman that help me buying ticket missunderstand what I mean, and I end up watching film with thai subtitle.

Its gonna be a new memories and adventure but since the film is very confusing with the ending that make me feel like “what the …”, I totally feel like spending money for nothing.
Except, for killing time.

This film is about the place that you find suddently inside your house and it was empty. Its like a space that had nothing except a entity that you didnt know at all.
So, how you will live inside it and explain it ?

A fail man both in study, work and married seem therapist that had a bad past trauma.
When he try to explain what he found, the therapist doesnt believe him, which make him take a decisions and end up staying in backrooms.

Other side, the therapist try to find her patient and end up finding the backrooms and now she must believe on what he told, but it was just to late already.
So, both the story, the ending is all confusing.

This film feel like human experience and if they does, then it is work because I feel completely lost while watching this one. Plus with thai subtitle, seriously today is a very bad day for me.
But, I do enjoy it until the end.
