OK ! Since AI become more and more intellegent than human, we start to have a lot of film like robot change human job, robot become a good companion, and robot can do so much better than human.
This film airing on January 31, 2025 with total 97 minute screen time. Like another robot film that lose control, this one is kinda different at first, but in the end, everything is just feel the same. The plot is predictable, but its enough to give us some view about what our future is gonna be.
Iris meet Josh in market and the two of them fall in love sooner after. Planning to go in lake house and join other friend, Iris start to feel a weird feel but she tell the Josh everything she feel because she cant lie to him.
When she enjoy the view in the lake, she kill the lake house owner as self defense. But, sadly when Iris try to explain everything to Josh, she learn that Josh planning about it month ago because of money.
Cant take it and make her self for the blame, Iris start to run and stole the phone that control her.
A car, a robot that Josh rent, is kinda like our future is gonna be. We trust a lot in robot and make them useful, to help our work, and be our companions, but sometimes, as we come to be greedy, we just lose control of them and make them kill us.
The plot doesnt feel so special, but how they create a robot that look like human is kinda cool. How the expression change based on phone control, I think Sophie Thatcher (as Iris) is really good at this film.
Overall, this film become a killer film because of money but the different is just a human greed and about robot. Nothing special, its little boring at first, but I am still finish the film really well even the ending was expected.
