Ok, since last year, I really want to watch this trilogy film, but since they have a negative review, I am not watching this until today. After watch this, I am gonna wait for the sequel for sure.
This film airing on May 17, 2024 with total 91 screen time. As the first chapter, the story is kinda slow and bored but the ending really make me wanna see how Maya gonna revenge for her boyfriend dead, because she survive.
I like adventure, I like to stay nowhere too, and this film kinda make me worry but not to much of worry. Stay somewhere in unknow place, meet stranger in other city. Become someone new and know nobody, its kinda dangerous, especially outside our own city.
Maya and Ryan celebrate their 5th anni with roadtrip but get lost in their way to Portland. Find a mini cafe and have a broken car, they get offer from local to stay at Airbnb in the wood and they acccept it without any negative feeling.
Everything is OK, until the night when Maya find out that there is another person in the cabin too. After Ryan back from buying some snack, they got attack from stranger with mask. The fight start and here we are, watching the hunt between the stranger and Maya plus Ryan.
The plot is kinda boring because this is a trilogy, which we can guess that the stranger is gonna win in the hunt. Also, how Maya become the only one who is survive also answer the question that the sequel is gonna be a revenge film.
The sequel is set before the end of 2025, which I may watch it until the free fllm come out, or I may watch it in cinema alone. After all, this film is kinda make me wonder about who is it behind the mask
