After the last season of Joe meet Kate 2 years ago, after the very long wait, we finally get to meet a ‘now – rich’ Joe Goldberg who is back to NY with Kate Lockwood help.
Airing pada April 24, 2025 with totally 10 eps yang tidak dijadikan 2 part, watching all of them in 2 day make me realize that maybe, I am the Joe too, who is delulu and sometimes, do the things that I am not mean to do in the name of love ?
Joe Goldberg finally find his happy ending and married to Kate. They move back to NY and also, Joe get his mooney’s bookstore back, and Henry, his son that his left behind before to chase a love and running away.
This series sometimes feel bored because Joe have a same pattern and predictable. After he know that he finally have a perfect life, there is always, always some girl who come and make him do what he will do, that will ’cause his previous love.
Bronte broke into Mooney bookstore and somehow make Joe re-open the book store and work in there. Bronte somehow feel so fishy but I ignore the feeling about it. When she first appears, I know deep down, that Joe will fall for her, which make this series is kinda lose interest.
But, looking at Joe being trap and the victim of catfishing is kinda fresh. How he manage everything, but in the end, more we watch, more we know that Joe is manipulative and really really delulu.
How Joe making excuse for every act that he done ? Well, somehow we act like that too. The different is we not kill what we dont like, are we ?
The trauma, the love that we trust with al of our heart.
In the end, we just fall to deep if we love deeper and deeper.
Manipulative, delulu and scare of loneliness. Even we know the dark side of Joe, we still love him until the end. And the end that he got ?
I just know, he will walk free again because that is Joe Goldberg, the one who always find the way, out !
