Mini story satu ini dibuat dengan penuh perasaan dan juga beberapa rasa yang bercampur menjadi satu. When I have nobody to trust or share what I really feel, this blog always be the answer.
Why ? Because when I feel mad or something else, re-create the story and put it into different character always make me feel better, even ‘sometimes’, that is not helping too much.
Like usual, I like to add Lisa character in this story.
Her name was Lisa, she is a hard worker, like to read when she have a free hours and she like to talking with friend.
But for work, she always do her best because that is how she live.
She work in one family company almost 8 years. Every year, the company always have another new person. They’re younger, they’re stronger but they are stupid. I mean, not all of them, but that is what happen. They only know how to make the boss happy and how to make old person gone. Searching their mistake and make it look worse, so the company will kick them sooner or later.
Lisa never do anything wrong. She spend her day like usual, never make trouble and never look to make a trouble.
One afternoon, Lisa know that her partner in the same department get a new job to do.
Lisa partner name was Olan.
Olan is older than Lisa but they have a same positions in the department. They have a different job and they rarely talking to each other.
But for work ?
They talk and discuss some matter because they didn’t want to end up making their job look worse.
Then, what happen ?
One afternoon, Olan going to have meeting with this new person and the boss.
The result was simple, Olan must re-check what Lisa already did. I mean, Olan check once again Lisa job and there is not reason why.
Lisa is mad when she first time hear about it, feel disappointed and didn’t know how to explain it as well.
Then, Lisa got a sleep and wake up with 3 thing in her mind.
Once, the company didn’t trust Lisa anymore for her job.
Second, the company try to kick one of them because Lisa and Olan have a same positions.
Thirs ? the company think that Olan didn’t work and just wanna to add-up some of her new job.
I don’t know which one is true because there is no a reason.
Lisa just try to be open minded, stay positive and really didn’t want to think about it too.
Lisa think, right now she just need to try her best to accept it until the time is come.
Time to go, never looking back and let the company realize that the will never get someone as good as Lisa anymore.
