Menjelang akhir tahun, rasanya semakin banyak series dan film baru yang keluar, baik itu dicinema or streaming dinetwork kesayangan kita. Salah satunya adalah film ini. Airing pada December 17, 2021 lalu dengan durasi 110 menit, film ini dipromosikan secara besar – besaran oleh Hulu lho.
Starring by Chloë Grace Moretz as G, kamu bakalan penasaran bangat gimana acting Chloe ketika menjadi ibu hamil. Apalagi dia sungguh terkenal dengan pembawaannya yang judes dan suaranya yang khas (Wednesday Addams). Film ini menawarkan sejumlah tantangan buat ditonton ditengah semaraknya Spidy.
Well, here I am, enjoy this film even I think this film didn’t work out like how it suppose to be until the end.

Pertama, judul dan isi film berasa gak cocok bangat kalau kamu sudah nonton habis secara keseluruhan. Film ini bahkan tidak memberikan penjelasan yang masuk akal or penyelesaian yang seharusnya terjadi seperti film lainnya. Dibanding memberikan clue for the sequel or all the character dead, film ini berakhir dalam upaya pelarian G yang terus berlanjut.
Second, scene pembuka dan juga ending bisa dikatakan kurang nyambung. Jadi kita bakalan disuruh mikir sendiri dan nyambungin sendiri momment dimana G membakar foto ‘ayah’ dari anaknya, Sam. And how Sam dead before the ending. Setelah kita tahu bahwa kedua kaki Sam terpaksa dipotong and there is nothing he can do. Now we can see that Sam is dead but how he dead or when, you must guess it all by yourself.
Third, loncatan waktu difilm ini kurang menarik. Kalau kamu berada dimomment pertama ketika kamu melihat para robot melayani manusia, maka in the second you will see everything was changes. The robot attack and kill human and the scene just change in the momment when G is already have a big stomach because she was pregnant.
Jadi film diawali dengan kecemasan G yang mengetahui bahwa dirinya hamil. Tidak lama setelah robot menyerang, G and Sam become 2 survivor in the forest that try to find shelter. Want to make it into Boston, the reason why the robot attack human is still weird. Someone hack to programm ? Hmm…
Four, film ini lebih banyak dipenuhi perdebatan antara G and Sam. Baik itu ketika hamil, ketika bertahan hidup, ketika berada dishelter, everything about them is about to talk and end with a fight. But, they always make it good again in the end which kinda boring in this film.
Five, because a lot of talking about G and Sam, some important momment didnt show up like how G and Sam come into Boston hospital. Because Arthur helping them ? Padahal semua orang yang masuk selalu diditeksi and Arthur, which we know he was a robot can walk free into Boston because he bring G and Sam ? Hmm. Didn’t make sense at all.
Because I watch this film in sunday night, I won’t talk a lot about this film. I enjoy Chloe acting but I dont really like the story of this film. If you are a fans and didnt get a ticket for Spidy, this film ‘still’ can be extra to spend your time in weekend.
