After 7 years. The journey to meet the love one is begin. Is that worth it ??

Due to pademic, there is a lot of film that we can enjoy at home.
This film is one of them. Airing on October 2020 and release on Netflix April 14, 2021. A 109 minute film is good and give us a lot of emotions inside.

Starring with Dylan O’Brien as Joel. This adventure film is not clear until the end but the whole scene is good enough and I am really like what they’re doing. Genre fantasy terkadang memang asik dikala hati sedang gelisah. xD

SPOILER ALERT !

Dont wish too much from this film karena film ini bercerita tentang kiamat manusia. Berbeda dengan kiamat lainnya, film ini bercerita tentang bumi yang mulai dipenuhi oleh monster – monster raksasa yang akan memangsa manusia.
Joel dan rekan – rekannya tinggal didalam bunker. Keluar untuk berburu makanan, Joel melewati 7th tanpa kembali keatas permukaan bumi.

Before the apocalypse, Joel have a girlfriend name Aimee. Mereka berpisah ketika seluruh kota mulai diserang monster. Berkomunikasi kembali lewat jaringan radio yang terputus – putus, Joel memulai petualangannya untuk bertemu dengan Aimee dimarkas yang berbeda. For the one that he love, is that worth it ?

Perjalanan Joel tidak mudah. Berbekal dengan peta yang tidak digunakan dan menuruti insting, Joel bertemu dengan seekor anjing bernama Boy yang akhirnya menjadi rekan perjalanannya. Beberapa monster hampir membunuh Joel but he still survive.

He also learn a lot in hes way to Aimee when he meet Clyde and Minnow yang sedang melakukan perjalanan ke utara. Belajar berbagai tips. Joel dan Boy harus berpisah ketika dia tetap memilih untuk bertemu dengan Aimee.
The momment when they meet is also sad but not really sad. Anything can happen in 7 years, right ?

Going into Aimee place alive and be back alive. Joel make a story on radio and make everyone who still live in bunker follow him into north. The place that they believe will be save and less of monster.
So, the monster isn’t dead until the end of the film.
Where the monster come ? You will know when you watch the first minute karena Joel menceritakan kembali what is really happen sehingga monster – monster itu ada.
