A salary man, always work as hard as they can to get some money for them.
And sometimes the company always make them feel little useless being a human.
The boss always get mad and angry with them and talk to them with high voice, rude word and more.
They always patient on any situasion because why ?
They need the work and money.
If they not working, they can’t continue they life as well.
Even the money that they got is always same and got a change every 1 years (and less than they hope).
They still cheerful and thankful for they life and job.
Do you think that salary man is like a robot ?
They’re NOT !!
They are a HUMAN too and they have a more spirit and patient that make they different from other people.
Some of you always think that salary man can’t life peaceful if they dont working ?
If you think like this, you must think how one company can still survive and thrive and grow if the company didn’t have any employee inside ?
(should I say employee as salaryman ?)
If the company just have a boss, who want to work harder and forget their time ? forget they health ? and give a BIG LOYALTY to company ??
The company will DIE ! Do you ever think about that as a boss ??
Maybe you’re the boss now and you just want to get last result about your company profit ?
You must think about you salary man too ~
Some salary man never say what they really want, they never say how much you must pay for they hard work, right ?
So, why you can’t open your eyes and see how much you need them and they need you ??
You always speak with loud voice, and sometime you say a rude word to them too..
You just want you company always grow and got profit without knowing what their problem.
I already thinking about that.
That is why I love all my employee in company.
Because I know, without them, we can’t grow, we can’t survive.

You need to give a good feed if you want the plant grow.
Same with your company, why you just think how you can make your company grow and got profit without knowing what you worker need ? Dont make your self being a selfish boss and they will think you’re cruel because of that. You know what you want, right ?
Then you should know what they want to if you want to be a good leader. because we are same. we are not a robot. but we are a HUMAN
