This film airing pada January 21, 2022 lalu dengan durasi 134 menit. Meskipun aku bukan penyuka genre ‘romantic’, film yang diadaptasi dari buku karya Francine Rivers dengan judul yang sama pada tahun 1991 dan diambil dari kisah Book of Hosea Alkitab satu ini bikin aku terharu bangat hingga akhir cerita.
Suka dan duka, everything I feel inside this film and that is really a true pure love.

Seriusan dhe ini film bikin emosi and kesal berkelanjutan but what can I say ? This is a romantic film and all inside this film is about love. Cinta tanpa batas, kasih yang sesungguhnya and how we can forgive everything that happen to us, the pain, the tear and everything. All inside this film and it was beautiful.
God work and you should believe in it. Sarah Angel, call her Angel, adalah seorang pekerja portitusi sejak usianya baru 8th. Tidak diakui oleh ayahnya, memiliki ibu yang ternyata adalah seorang pelacur dan kehilangan ibunya saat masih kecil, Angel begitu membenci Tuhan karena sejak kecil dia sudah diberikan cobaan yang luar biasa.
Dilatih untuk menjadi pelacur sejak kecil ? Angel adalah pelacur yang sungguh diinginkan oleh orang – orang.
Hosea, seorang farmer, pengembala dan hamba Tuhan. Always believe that God will give him everything that he needed. One day he find Angel and no matter what will happen, Hosea try to reach Angel in brothel and asking her to marry him. get reject again and again, Hosea never lose his hope and always try to bring Angel out from where she is.
Jadi perjuangan Hosea buat mendapatkan Angel yang merupakan seorang pekerja sex itu luar biasa bangat. Seorang farmer sukses mengorbankan masa depan buat seorang wanita tidak benar ? Well, this one is a love, never look into someone past and try to love them, accept them, no matter how bad their past. Hosea it the one that believe God will give his all the best and he never stop to believe in it.
One day, Angel get beat up and Hosea come in time. Save her from brothel and bring her into farm, married her and ask her to be his wife. Angel, yang sudah tidak percaya pada Tuhan and cinta berusaha keras menjatuhkan keinginan Hosea but how Hosea try to make Angel believe about true love ? Its wonderful.
Angel ran away, back into another brothel, Hosea come again, save her again until the third time Angel run away, not because she hate her life or Hosea, but she know that she can’t make Hosea happy, she cant give him a child and her choice to run away is the best choices she ever made.
This time, Hosea didn’t chase her like before because he know that if Angel mean to be with him, there is always a way. Maybe not now, but in time, the true love with show miracle.
Jadi ini film gak cuma bercerita tentang cinta sejati (yang gak bakalan ada lagi dizaman now), but also how we put God first in everything. Hosea who trust God a lot, Angel who once again, try to believe God and do whatever it is to make everything better. God work in a mysterious way and miracle always happen for those who believe in God.
So, film ini bakalan buat kamu terharu bangat sama perjuangan Hosea and masa lalu Sarah sendiri bisa dikatakan pahit and menyedihkan.
Who we are today maybe is not our choices, but we can choose who we wanna be in future.
Life is a choice, make it while we still alive because regret in the past can’t changes anything in future.
