Long Neck Village, Karen Kayan Tribe in Chiang Mai, Thailand !

Well, well,
Never come, never know, right ?
Visiting old tribe that call Karen Kayan ? Its feel like a dream come true !

So, after spend some day in Chiang Mai, even it was expensive, I decided to take a tour that bring me into this tribe. I didnt know that I can pay a ticket myself, so when I arrived, I buy ticket myself to entry this village that cost me 300b.

Am I regret ?
I dont ! Because I can see many things with my own eyes and experience it.
The tribe is also kind, and trust me, they all understand english very well !

Before I trying it, I am bit afraid.
But, when I walk nearby, seeing their smile make me realize that we are all same and that just a traditions that make us being different.

Sitting beside her, trying the ring in my neck, trust me, it was very heavy but I am happy to try it and take a picture as well.

They will let you try, they also sell handmade things because that is the ways of their life.
You can also ask for picture as much as you wanted.

What do I learn when I visit this tribe ?
Only the woman that allowed to wear a golden ring in their neck.
When you wear it everyday, I think you will get a long neck as well, because the ring is pretty much heavy to carry on !

And what shock me more is that they also do their handmade craft.
Everything that they sell is a handmade, which I think it would be good if you buy something and collect it.

If you are worried about the price, everything in there is affordable.
The point is, that you cant only buy 1 because everything is beautiful and will stole your heart.

What sad me is that I didnt bring any sweet with me, because some of the tourist give the kid candy / chocolate, which is also allowed as long as all you do is a good intentions.

The best story is the story that you experience yourself rather than being tell, isnt it ?

As for me, visiting this place feel like 1 time chances and truly, there is no regret from me because I can always try to earn money, but the chance like this ?
