The Favor (2025), is Miracle Real ?

Since I back home, there is many film that I choose randomly to watch. Maybe because I had a lot of free time and didnt know what to do. Today, I complete this one, which make me feel not easy because I am bit confusing and disappointed.

This film airing on November 05, 2025. I usually like Korea horror, especially in cult sections. But this one is totally another level of cult with a cliff hanger ending that I hate a lot.

Most of us decided to change city and live somewhere else after we experience a bad things. Going to a peacefull place, start over everything and being another person, the family with a blind wife and a son that using wheelchair wish they can recover their life.

After the accident that ’cause a misfortune to the wife and son, the family is really not happy at all.
The night when the husband go out to buy a lighting, he hit a old man, which he know it is not accident. Taking the man to home, everything start to change.

Who gonna willingly give up the miracle that they got ?
When your broken leg suddently heal and can walk again, when your eyes suddently can see ?
Well, nothing come free, isnt it ?

Questioning it is from the God or devil, the family know that when they got the miracle, someone else losing it. A innoncent kid that start to lose his ability to walk and sooner his eyes.
Are they gonna stop, or make things more worse ?

I love the concept, but the film is really lose their own scripts. The ending is didnt make sense, the curse and the village with miracle also dindnt make sense for me, and they didnt give us any explanations until the very end.

Overall, I kinda like this film only for the 40 minute. And the rest of it ?
I feeling really lose, padahal aku sudah hope maybe this is a cult in church, I mean like, even the cross in church look creepy for me.
